In today's news...we acquired Quaker Chemical, based in Conshohocken and Harelysville National Bank , with branches in Philadelphia area suburban counties after the market tanked this past Friday. Quaker has been doing well despite market trend and hopefully Harleysville's price is already discounted by national mortgage and credit crisis. We shall see...!
